Not sure you know the man well enough to start calling him "Gettie"

...he said it was ok... he preferred 'Geddy' though with a hard 'd' sound.. :)

People don't want Cam to run...

But they want to cut Gross and make our OL even worse than the joke it is....

That is how you get Cam hurt, ask him to pass behind a weak OL....he already got banged up last year.

...Cam was consistanly flushed right and everyone thinks the right side is weak because of this. Cam doesnt feel confident in the protection on the left side so he naturally will go right to bail out...

Cam holds the ball as well too long...

Gross is still the hardest to replace guy on the OL. Making the OL weaker in 2013 is nucking futs

It is amazing of how many are still screaming cut, D'Will, Beason, and Gross. Or restructure Gross. It isn't always a good idea to do any of those things. Last thing you want to do is have more dead money for next year. I believe it has been well documented that cutting D'Will, Beason or Stewart is unproductive.

As GM,, I am content with my haul of free agents. I might keep my eye open for a bargain but serviceable guard.

My draft is the highest rated player amoung the following positions. DT, OG, WR, S.

Once the draft is complete and I did not address the above positions then I am back on the Free Agent market for the deliquent position. Providing I can find some funding.

Screw that, I'm gonna be GMAN till the first game!

Next on the books:

Sign Kevin Boothe(one year)
Sign Sean Locklear or Jammal Brown(one year)-for leverage

End of FA signings till draft.

Draft-
1st-(order of preference) Star, Lane Johnson, Warmack, Milliner, Floyd, Rhodes
2nd-Da'rick Rogers WR
4th-Robert Lester S
5th-Dustin Hopkins K
6th-Quanterus Smith DE-the guy we should not leave the draft without

After the Draft, ultimatums will be handed out. Dwill signs a new cheaper contract or walks, unless he can be traded in the middle of the Draft. With Locklear/Brown and possibly Johnson, Gross is informed of the new day and takes a paycut or walks! Both Dwill and JStew will be approached about being paid properly, which ever refuses before the deadline will be given walking papers for June 1st cut.

Love Quanterus Smith.

Love Quanterus Smith.

Needs to bulk up by 15 to 20 pounds for a 4-3 DE, but he seems to have that "all signs point" that he will do well

Yeah, interesting point.

I also saw that you had Robert Lester on your board.....You really believe that he can make a good transition to the NFL? Dude was getting torched during Senior bowl practices.
