This is the funniest movie I've seen in a while. Hot Rod gets my vote

Anything with Adam Sandler is not funny.

I love Big Daddy.

Should've read the title more clearly... Lol thanks for clearing that up!

And to stay on topic(somewhat) I know this one misses the cut by about 2 years but I liked little nicky quite a bit.. One of my favorite sandler movies.

Sandler's not my cup of tea.

Could be worse though. The ex-wife was a big Pauly Shore fan

A movie I liked was Idiocracy, although a lot of the humor was introspective in a lot of ways

I also liked Shaun of the Dead, but that's just because I'm a sucker for british humor

Sandler is hit or miss for me, honestly.

Idiocracy has probably had the biggest impact culturally

Laugh out loud comedies. Most are not as good as my next list, all things considered, but were good for laughs.
  • Superbad
  • Ice Age
  • Grandma's Boy
  • Role Models
  • 21 Jump Street
  • Get Him To The Greek
  • Horrible Bosses
  • The 40 Year Old Virgin

Aaaand some other comedies I really loved, just didn't find extremely funny in the laugh out loud way. Most are definitely better movies overall than the LOL comedies though.
  • 500 Days Of Summer (Romantic comedy)
  • Zombieland
  • Forgetting Sarah Marshall
  • Django Unchained (Action/adventure/spaghetti-western comedy)
  • The Cabin In The Woods (Horror comedy)
  • Shaun Of The Dead / Hot Fuzz
  • Kick-Ass (Action comedy)
  • Up
  • Finding Nemo

Off the top of my head.

I still haven't been able to see all of Idiocracy, but I thought it was extremely funny AND meaningful from the last half or so of it that I watched. That scene where they are ordering food from that kiosk was awesome.

This thread needs to be shut down bc of the Adam Sandler movies totally killed my laugh buzz..and for me the funniest movie of last 10 years is 40 yr old virgin and Forgetting Sarah Marshall..

Just the convo about owning a framed ASIA poster kills me..and I managed at a Circuit City in the past so the " Yamo be there" Michael McDonald video on the closed circuit tv all day will make you go nuts..
