If I recall correctly, McBob had a pretty solid mid range game, regardless you never know; Ryan Kelly could turn out to be a really good NBA player or just an average NBA player.

10 3's in two years. What an impressive long range game. Like i said they are completely different players. Just admit you made a bad comparision. One for two aint bad i guess

Mid-Range doens't mean three pointers, watch a Bobcats game; he plays the same way he did in college.

Also if Kelly wants to have a good NBA career, he better develop at least a semi-post game or everyone will guard the three line on him.

McRoberts also had an outside game...

If you wan't, you can try to argue the Shav Randolph comparison too.

So now outside means midrange? Just admit you made a mistake.

Josh inside & mid

Kelly outside annd mid

Those are two different players. Plus the fact that kelly plays defense anywhere on the court where josh was only really an effect down low defender.

Also i agree kelly has to get a post game

The Kelly/McBob comparison is way off. McBob was extremely athletic and attacked the rim while Kelly would rather stretch the defense out and shoot jumpers. McBob attempted 33 three pointers in his career while Kelly has attempted 78 just this year even while missing those games with injury. McBob has a ton more dunks compared to Kelly so their games are completely different.

They are both big ugly white guys. After that the comparsion ends.

Duke always has those "ugly white guys" and they always light up college basketball unfortunately

Kelly will likely find a spot on a team's rotation next year. He is a good shooter, solid rebounder, good help side defender, has high basketball IQ, and it always helps being 6`11.

Mason is very hit or miss. He has the athleticism to make it in the NBA but I just don't know that he is tough enough. He will certainly be close to lottery pick but that is based solely on his size/strength/speed combo.

Curry is also a wildcard. His driving / creating ability is often overlooked because he is known as a spot shooter only, but he is a pretty good handle, mid range game, and finishing ability at the rim. He is small. That is his biggest weakness. He will be 2nd round or undrafted but will certainly be given an opportunity to prove himself at a training camp.
