I remember his story being on 60 minutes. People are so money hungry. It's sad that he wasted 5 years in jail knowing he was innocent the whole time. She won a suit against the school and was paid a million bucks. Smh she should be forced to pay it all back with interest and punished! Happy to see him living his dream now

not to get too tinderboxy but if someone falsely accuses another of rap, and is later proved to be false or lying, should suffer the exact same punishment the rapist did.

Get a good lawyer and you can rape a woman and then have her locked away for accusing you!

Unfortunately not everyone can afford a good lawyer.


Seriously though this is fuged up beyond belief. Did she just say oh I was just kidding, he didn't rape me. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Also he plead no contest. He would have faced 40 years if convicted. His lawyer tried to give me "good advice" so he could get the lesser time. His defense attorney believed he would get convicted based on his race and size. Sucks I know
