People complaining about the lack of third rounder know what a trade is???

If hurney where still here he would trade next years 2nd rounder for a 3 rd this year. Hopefully Gettleman has a plan to move back in rnd 1 and
pick up that 3rd rounder.

Lol yeah probably and I think that might be a legit possibility now, lots of potential suitors as well (plus, remember the last time we had pick 14...)

The Carolina Panthers are expected to select a defensive tackle sometime during the draft’s initial three rounds. I am told the team brought Sylvester Williams/North Carolina in for a visit and has worked out Akeem Spence/Illinois and had dinner last night with Datone Jones/UCLA whom they are working out today.

Not sure why that would cause a meltdown. Both our OLBs have major injury concerns, so adding one in the mid-late rounds wouldn't be the worst idea.

I'm sick of piling up these mid-round DTs and WRs. If we're gonna go DT and WR, let's due it in the 1st and 2cd. The mid-late round route is simply not getting it done. Either make significant draft investments or go with stop gap vets. Hell, maybe both.
