But he was also the biggest reason for our wins too. And he's the QB so he's got the oppertunity more than any other player to affect the game.
If he doesn't fumble in the Atlanta game we win.
If he hits a wide open Hartsock in the endzone in the Seahawks game we win.
But it's hard to blame a player that does so much for the team. Even Superman makes mistakes.
I think SS and NT are our biggest weakness and filling those positions with quality players will go the farthers in helping us improve.
If I had to pick one I'd say NT. Shores up the run D. Pushes the pocket and allows our DE to get up field and reek havoc which is turn makes our less than stellar CB's look very good.
If the defense holds Atlanta on the 1 yard line with 50 secs left and no time outs we win.
Even if he would have hit Hartstock for the touchdown the game wasn't over there were over 3 minutes left and the defense gave up scores in less time last year.
Is Cam perfect? No, but blaming him for any loss last season is insulting and laughable.

Coaching, and it's not even close.
Does not include McDermott. He did his job well.
Eh, it was a mixed result for me. Yes, McDermott did a good job with limited resources we had in the secondary but his preventive formations bothered the **** out of me. We were just begging teams like Atlanta to pick up large chunks of yardage in crucial moments.
