He marked All Davis look like a draft expert some times.

I looked up a Cowboys forum for the heck of it.

The reactions were pretty much what you'd expect

I think I would be melting down two. We hated Hurney but he was not even that ridiculously dumb. Even the jets head scratchs look good to this pick.

Gets even better when you factor in that they traded down 13 spots and all they got in return was a 3rd rounder

Ironically enough, it's the third rounder that we traded to the Niners.

That's the draft. Smart teams get better and stupid teams let them.

Per chatter on their boards, local radio is saying the Cowboy scouts wanted someone else but were overruled by the coaches and ownership.

Ouch.

But really, is this surprising? I don't even know why Jerry Jones bothers with scouts. He's gonna pick whoever the fug he feels like picking anyway. Why waste their time? Let them go work for an organization that might actually value their input.

Who are we to question a man like Jerry Jones?

The Jets and Bills will be the biggest threats to take a WR before us. The Jets were heavily predicted to take one in the first, before they went full retard. The Bills at various points in the process have been projected to take a receiver as well, and now that they've got Manuel, they'll likely want to give him weapons.

Word now that the Jets may trade up to get Geno Smith (if it's not a smoke screen).

We gonna get a round two and three thread at some point?

Nassib to the Jets would make for some fun after his old college coach passed on him in Buffalo
