Star, Short, and Kugbila were all worked-out by the Panthers prior to the draft. And while we don't know all of the guys we worked-out, we do know quite a few. Below is a list of the known guys we looked at that are still available as of the start of the 5th round:

Wide Receiver Prospects

§ Eric Rogers, Cal Lutheran

§ Tyrone Goard, Eastern Kentucky

Offensive Tackle Prospects

§ Chris Faulk, LSU

§ Luke Marquardt, Azusa Pacific

Tight End Prospects

§ Kevin Finney, Richmond

Defensive Tackle Prospects

§ Michael Brooks, ECU

Defensive End Prospects

§ David Bass, Missouri Western State

Linebacker Prospects

§ Brandon Hepburn, Florida A&M

Safety Prospects

§ Zeke Motta, SS Notre Dame

Ugh. It sounds like this is a trenches draft.

I know it's needed, but not as exciting.
