Alot of answers to these "holes" you see are already on the roster, maybe why you aren't seeing the WR/S help. Plus there is also UDFA we will pick up and remember that was cruz was, colston almost was. You guys have faith when we are in the superbowl and all these guys are contributing you will understand. Are TD & Beason that reliable? Don't we need Oline backups/starters? It starts up front, can't get all we need with 5 picks. Now if we had 10/11 like some others we would be getting more but right now we just can't afford it.

He also said he wants immediate starters In the first two rounds and the rest of the draft to add depth. He did exactly what he said he would.
( I believe short will rotate with Edwards)

Every player we have drafted is a good player and will help our team tremendously. AJ Klein can play OLB very well and that is something we need when we don't know what we will get from beason and TD. He can play around almost as well as Luke and is a very hard hitter. Him next to Luke for a long time will be awesome to watch. Obviously our DT is set for a long time now. And that guard is a beast that needs some coaching but has pro bowl potential. I'm very happy with this draft so far.

I feel like we did well... Not sexy, but necesary.

Don't forget that we also seem to have a knack every yer to find that feel good UDFA O-linemen that comes in and contributes right away.

I'd expect some Safeties from smaller schools to come in and compete at all DB positions.

Biggest need IMO is O-Line depth right now.

As I have mentioned already, you never know how good our secondary might be with a ferocious front 7

Plus, it is harder to defend the pass when you are constantly worried about being gashed with the run.

Which has been the biggest knock on our Safeties.

True, safeties are always pulled to keep the run stopped and cannot take chances on pass routes.

I hate to bring this up, but if I were looking at running a 3-4 or a 4-3, we would have the personel to pull off either. Could be a bunch of hybrid looks from our D this season

The one pick that will tell us something is Kugbila on the offensive end. Our D is going to be nasty even with Campbell/Godfrey at SS/FS.

Grabbing this Kugbila over a lot of big school OT and OG talent tells something about what Gettleman and our scouts saw in him. I trust them so am hoping he can work out. I just do not want to see Hangartner starting next season and if we don't pick up a FA, this is the guy they're going to rely on. Our offensive guards are not good and it's worrisome.

If we don't pick up a FA OG, that'll make me nervous but I'm excited as hell about this defense.

That would also give us maximum flexibility when we are looking for a new coach next offseason.

Don't get your hopes up too high bro. I'm not so sure RR will be going anywhere.
