But all his does is win, which ultimately is all that matters.

I'm sure his winning ways will follow him to Canada.

The Golden Calf of Bristol should really think about switching position for his own sake. I think he can become a Chris Cooley type of halfback.

Had to have been Mary Jane. Unless he got into some trouble for drinking besides a DUI, because that would have been the title of the article.

Yeah thats what i was thinking too. He was burning

I'd love to pull up the thread I posted saying why Blackmon would be a total bust in the NFL, but not because of a lack of talent.  Because he's a shitty dude.  DUIs, failed drug tests...he'll be riding the bench for the Bengals before too long.  Then he'll shape up and form a scary pair of WR's in the league with AJ Green.

He has some maturing to do, but I think he's going to have an excellent nfl career.

gotta admit it's looking like I may be wrong on this dude. The talent is there but he wouldn't be the first guy with loads of talent to not make it in the NFL because of his personal life.

Lawrence Phillips could have been a beast, but sadly he liked beating up women more than linebackers.

Didn't he hold out last year and then proceed to get a DUI shortly thereafter? He better pull it together quick.

All the top 10 rookies did due to wording in the contracts they got fixed

Lol!!! On the Phillips part.

But i think the reason to why some of these troubled kids who are still acting up in the league is the places they end up in. It's not the right fit for them. These teams that are landing these talented but troubled kids are teams that suck who are drafting high every single year with no real HC or veteran presences on the team like Oakland or Jacksonville.

There are no one who will take them under their wings and guide them into the right path. Janoris Jenkins worked well in St. Louis bc he has Jeff Fisher, a respectable hard nosed HC and guys like Laurinaitis and Chris Long. Vontaze Burfict has a teacher in Marvin Lewis and a lot of veteran players around him on the defense.

Who's going to take a guy like Blackmon under his wing??? Gabbert? Former HC Mularkey? Yet right.

The Golden Calf of Bristol is a winner and a great person, I fail to see the connection.

I guess The Golden Calf of Bristol didn't win enough. That's why he is living on the tax payers collecting unemployment.
