Key Lime has to be the correct answer for Spring/Summer. Cool, sweet, can be rather light...winner.

The only problem is it tastes like lime.

Pecan is the pie that transcends seasons.

key lime or lemon would be nice around this time of year. Nice and light.

Coconut Cream or Key Lime.  However, although bound to cause controversy, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned rhubarb yet.  Got to have a taste for it though.  No middle ground on rhubarb, you either love it or hate it.

Better than sex pie.

The picture doesn't do it justice.  Picture a graham cracker crust with a layer of cream cheese followed by a layer of chocolate pudding, followed by a layer of Cool whip sprinkled with pecans and shaved chocolate pieces.  The great part is  it is very easy to fix, you really can't screw it up, you don't have to bake anything and everyone likes it young and old.  If you don't like pecans you can crumble up whatever you like.

For an after pie drink consider a rim job.

Key Lime?

Key lime is for summer parties with Shish Kabob. And Margaritas on the rocks. None of that blended shyt.

Gimme some chocolate pie after a nice Boch or 3.
