As a fan, I would like us to use what cap space we have left to address a few needs (guard, tackle, tight end, wide receiver, safety, corner, kicker, punter; off the top of my head lol); however it would be wise to just hold on to it and roll it over for next year so we can eventually get out of this dilemma that Hurney put us in.

I'm on board for a vet at RG who can take a vets minimum. that way he can get about 850 but only counts about 600 towards our cap. Piggy is getting 1.5 this year and 2.5 next year so why not save some $$$ and get better at the same time?

You factoring Kugbila in or no?

Not till later in the season.

Considering even Gettles said the kid was a project.

Remind me. Did they say the same thing about Silatolu?

Amini started from day one if I remember correctly, though I grant he was picked higher in the draft.

I confess I'm not that high on Hangman's recent performances.

Bring in Brandon Moore and I will have some hope for the OL. Regardless I can see Gettleman treating the OL next year like he did the DL this year.

I think it would be a comparison akin to a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle verses a 2500 piece jigsaw puzzle.

I'm not high on our recent right guard play, but I think we have in house options that will have to hold until next years draft. Kugzilla will have to challenge for the position as well as bruce bruce who played well for i think when given the chance.
