If you own the car and let an intoxicated person drive it and you are a passenger then you receive the same fate as the driver.....at least in NC.

 

No, just an aiding and abetting charge.

When he was a rookie, my sons went to an OTA to get autographs.  It was early June, school was out, and it was hot.  There was a girl standing beside us who had braces, a tank top, and shorts.  She was about 15 years old, and looked no older. She had just finished her first year of high school.  Goodson told her she looked fine, asked her for her autograph--with phone number.  Smitty told him to shut up and get in the locker room.

This guy never wanted to be a great or even good player. He had all the skils needed to be a feature back but threw it all away. It's no wonder Rivera and Hurney have up on him.
