Top three picks in the draft, just to go with something most aren't going with.

Len

Mcollum

Porter

Denver is trying to sell their pick... if we really want back in the first; we should just buy the pick them.

Sports Illustrated mentioned that OKC is desperate to get into the top five to take Alex Len and mentioned a possibly trade scenario...

So my question is would you take this trade...

Oklahoma City Thunder Receive: 4th Overall Pick

Charlotte BuzzCats Receive: 12th Overall Pick, 29th Overall Pick, 32nd Overall Pick, and Future First Round Pick From Dallas (Top 20 protected 2012-17)

I looke up a few mock drafts to see who they have valued at those particular picks...

DraftExpress: Kelly Olynyk, Tony Mitchell, Tony Snell

HoopsWorld: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Gorgui Dieng, Ricky Ledo

NBADraftNet: C.J. McCollum, Rudy Gobert, Livio Jean-Charles

Chad Ford (1 Round Only): Steven Adams, Ricky Ledo

Sports Illustrated (1 Round Only): Kelly Olynyk, Mike Muscala

CBS Sports (1 Round Only): Shabazz Muhammad, Archie Goodwin

CBS Sports (1 Round Only): Steven Adams, Ricky Ledo

USA Today (1 Round Only): C.J. McCollum, Gorgui Dieng

So taking all this into consideration, do you take that trade?

I really really like the kid from UGA, I think he is a sleeper great player. Would not mind at all if we did this trade and STILL got him.

Watch us take Cody at 4. Just have a bad feeling that's what's going to happen. I'd take Noel, Len, Bennett, Depo, or Mclemore over him at 4.

NBADraft.net just changed their mock to us taking Zeller at #4.  I just don't think we will take him unless we move back,

I can almost guarantee it'll be Zeller at 4. Typical Charlotte Bobcats.

I'm honestly torn between Bennett and Oladipo. 2 weeks ago Bennett was my guy. The injury and weight gain is concerning. Oladipo can do a little bit of everything, and while he may never average 20 a game, he is going to be able to contribute immediately and contribute on both ends of the court. I still think Burke is the only potential superstar out of all the guys being discussed. That's not to say that someone may still strike gold in the late 1st or 2nd round.

Do not want Len. I know he would fill a need, but he's still raw and is already having foot problems.

For me:

1. Bennett

1A Oladipo

really hope Burke isn't there. Gotta pick him if he is.

he's getting a lot of buzz lately around here that's for sure. I would be okay with Zeller if we traded down and were able to acquire another pick in this draft.

I've said this 100x now, I'm not sold on a lot of these big guys being discussed in the 1st round. I wouldn't touch Plumlee or Olynyck. Too many red flags with Noel. What position will Zeller play in the NBA? How durable and raw is Len?

I dunno man

I will kill someone if we take Zeller at 4. Trading down, I'd be fine or will try to convince myself it's okay.

Anthony Bennett.  No question.  Dude will be an LJ clone, and has 3 point range.

Zeller will play the 4, and I think he can be good there.  He compares himself to someone like Aldridge, etc.  He won't be a 5 so we'll still have a need there.  Zeller at #9 after trades is good, #4, IDK.  Then again this draft is weak, every pick is almost a risk, if there's a draft to go risky, it's this one.
