He looks absolutely miserable at Liverpool. Why would any team want to keep him?

Because at the end of the day, Suarez is going to realize he has to play. He won't have a choice. BR wants to hold him because he thinks Suarez can get us to T4. If we get to T4 and he still wants to leave, then he can go. That way we have some leverage for attracting strikers.

Not to mention, I guarantee Suarez feels like crap right now. I'm sure when he started telling the media about how he wanted to leave England and Real Madrid were interested, he thought he'd be receiving all sorts of offers.  Now he's stuck with only Arsenal giving a poo about him. He's quickly realizing that if he doesn't go to Arsenal, he's going to have to prove himself again.

Suarez was always option B for Real Madrid imo.  It was always Bale, then if that can't happen lets get Suarez to play the 9.  Now it looks like Bale will definitely happen, so Suarez will probably be stuck at Liverpool still....

Yea, but it will be a gamble for Liverpool. If they stick with Suarez I can definitely see him doing something stupid to force his way out. Like biting someone again.

Well, yea that could happen.  I think he will be on his best behavior though.  If he can prove that he is no longer a racist, a biter, or a cheater and still produce at the top level, his wage value for his next club will remain very high.  If he acts out again, he may be stuck in a similar situation next summer.

Personally, I'd like us to move on from Suarez. Not just because of his baggage, but also because he is a tad overrated and I don't think his value will be any higher than it is right now.  No player missed the target more frequently from inside the box than Suarez did last season.  What you get with Suarez is someone who will work all the way to the whistle.  He's not excessively talented, but he has a motor and a never quit attitude.

Mkhitaryan replacement?

I thought I read he was going to Porto though.

Hulk wants him to go to Porto and Porto wants him as we'll but it looks like Shakhtar offers more money.

I doubt Suarez to Arsenal will happen. Looks like Wenger lost all his targets to other teams. Now he says he got a good enough squad to challenge for title... Horrible PR move by Arsenal if true.

I don't really understand it with Arsenal.  They have the money.  They tout their transfer budget, pick out some amazing players to target, underbid, and then get nothing.

That's what happens when American is an owner. The board and Arsenal shareholders make crazy income by not spending money in transfer window. We, arsenal fans tho it be different this year with loan being paid off and all and extra £200m of income through new promotional deals. Instead it looks like Arsenal shareholders will split these money among themselves. Fans are getting fed up with Arsenal lately. It looks like Silent Stan will try squeeze every penny out of Arsenal and then will sell the club.

RM submitted a world record bid of £85m for Bale.

Spurs be stupid not to accept it.

Got a link? All I've seen is hearsay and rubbish. BALE ASKS TO LEAVE SPURS! .... yet, nothing in the article suggests the player said this. Nothing in the video feed either. This is ridiculous the amount of journalistic crap that's been spewed the past month or so. I've not seen one shred of evidence to suggest that anything has happened past comments by Zidane and the president of RM going bonkers in articles that may or may not be based on truth.

If it happens, it happens. Hell, the last one I read stated that Spurs will be setting the price-tag at 98m Euros and Coentrao, which is nuts. I'm just not going to take anything serious until I see a formal contract and trade put in and signed. Until then, this garbage is just that.. garbage. I'll keep believing Bale wants to stay like his manager and teammates keep claiming, over already proven to be idiots in the press, until I hear the words come directly out of his mouth.

Inevitable? Not likely... possible? Sure thing.

I mean Sky Sports and Fox Soccer have both reported that Madrid has made an 85 million pound offer that Tottenham has rejected.  I get that Tottenham fans don't want to believe this, but there's much more smoke that Real is interested in Bale and the feeling is mutual, then the other way around.  Just my opinion....
