There were many upset players after Hurney got fired, and it wasn't due to the loss of his evaluation skills.

I'm really hoping Rivera can put it all together this year. The last thing I want to see is us to start over again.

Exactly!

Players like/want to keep coaches, owners and front office people (or at least they think they do) for all type of reasons.

LOL, what a joke - the kid is good but the 23rd best player in the NFL right now? really?

Wait until you see where they rank RG3 if you want to laugh.

Oh, they didn't rank Griffin yet?

Yeah, that will be even funnier, indeed. Lol

If Luck was # 23 this year Cam should have been top 10 last year.

Yeah, but they obviously held the wins against Cam.

Its' a shame. Cause Cam opened the door for all these guys to be ranked this high (since Cam was ranked highly last year), and actually played better when you consider what he did, right out of the box, especially in the type of offense he played in.

The Panthers didn't win a lot of games, but they were very competitive during most of them, playing their customary very 'tough' schedule.

The chickens will come home to roost soon enough though. And most of these reporters, fans and players will be hiding, regarding some of their player ranking placements.

You betcha! Lol

Maybe.

But I'll remove any player on the Panthers out of the equation. He is undeniably overrated for this point in his career.  And I'll enjoy your WTF bit when RGIIIXIXIVCMII gets his knob slobbed.

why is anyone surprised?  he is the golden child of the nfl now, every writer's favorite player.  he will probably be top 10 next year unless he has that unspoken SOPHOMORE SLUMP, that wont be mentioned again after it was anointed to Cam so much last year.  i never understood how people go so upset from these lists, nothing worse than watching football fans lose their panties over one man's opinion because it isn't your teams favor.

People rely to much on team success when it comes to other players besides Cam. When it comes to Cam, its all on him. Still ridiculous.

It is worth noting Luck only threw for 323 yards more on 110 more attempts.

That's horrendous.

That's the thing with the media. They don't wanna be wrong and they do anything not be wrong. They hated Cam from the get go, thus they make every attempt at discredit his talent. But he still make top 50 player.

But one thing about the media is, once they turn on you for embarrassing them, you're done. Luck is on that road. Starting next year, once he start pooing his pants, well, he better start Tebowing in the middle of the field.

All I know is, absent all the hypes that Luck got from the media, Cam still makes top 50 players on a losing team. That says a lot. That shows Cam is respected by his peers strictly on his talent. If it were just on meaningless stats alone Stafford would be top 10.

I can tell the players are giving it to Luck this year feeling the media pressure. But they'll eat him alive in years to come. Game recognize game.
