http://www.foxnews.c...e-sex-marriage/

First, a homosexual judge in a long-term gay relationship was assigned the case, and refused to disclose his relationship before declaring that marriage is unconstitutional.

Why couldn't they get a homophobic judge for this one?

It does not apply to any other state – at least for now. But you can bet that homosexual activists and their rapacious lawyers won’t let it rest at that.

When it came to protections for minority voters, Scalia had no patience for democracy, specifically noting that the court should overturn the law because it is too popular to overturn in Congress. But as far as protections for gay and lesbian couples are concerned, Scalia would prefer the court stay away.

Used to this by now

Wednesday's decision was inevitable, he said, when the court sanctioned "homosexual sodomy," and striking down the Defense of Marriage Act will inevitably lead to fully legal same-sex marriages.

So is heterosexual sodomy OK? Are we going to have to have California have a proposition about it to find out?

Along with debating sodomy, Scalia drew a connection to polygamy, noting "the Constitution neither requires nor forbids our society to approve of same-sex marriage, much as it neither requires nor forbids us to approve of no-fault divorce, polygamy, or the consumption of alcohol."

There are plenty of people that don't approve of any of those things, yet 2/3s of them are legal. Not sure what he's getting at here other than grumbling. But at least you linked the butt sexxors and polygamy. You forgot the marrying animals part though.

People don't choose to be gay. They're born that way. If God is our maker why would God keep making gays millenium after millenium. Maybe he likes torturing Huckabee and co.

It's more likely that Jesus wept because of that ignorant tweet.

I asked someone that and they either: 1) reject that people are born that way, 2) say that God provides different challenges for different people, and it is up to the individual to overcome them.

Note that I find both answers to be bullshit, but there you go.
