That's what I've been saying bro!

I said he's a natural Center. Never said he was a true Center like Hibbert or Howard. Unless I did, I'm sorry.

Lol my bad.

Lol my bad.

I guess it's sort of like a Tim Duncan situation. When David Robinson was there, Duncan looked like the typical true PF. After Robinson left and to this day some people could have mistaken Tim as a Center bc he was the biggest man on the floor for them and does all the dirty work. He was pretty much a PF/C through those years. This past year and in the Playoffs, Duncan looked like a true PF playing along side the clumsy Splitter (Center).

If we're lucky, probably the end if the week before we hears anything. I'm sure Al is going to meet with a few other teams first and probably wait for Howard to be off the market before making his decision.

We are probably going to have to over pay for any reasonable FA to even consider CHA. It sucks but that is just the way it is right now. If we become more competitive we will become more attractive but the way it sits right now if we really want Jefferson we are going to have to offer him significantly more money than other suitors.

Al Jefferson is a 20/10 guy.  Next years draft is loaded.  Is there really anyone out there next season(C/PF wise) that is better that is a realistic get for us?

One piece at a time.  Sign Jefferson.  Let the season play out.  Goal is to win.  What if we lose a ton and still get shafted as usual?

Sign Jefferson.

I haven't kept up with who's a free agent and not next season but I think Monroe and cousins are free agents next year. I'd much rather have either one of them and prolly give em a max deal as well. Which would be way cheaper to give them one than Jefferson. But again that's next year. I'm impatient lol

This was a legit performance by Big Al (albeit it was against Stiemsma)

They're both RFA's...

I would think that Detroit would match (and can afford) any offer to Monroe, but I'm not sure the Kings would match a big offer to Cousins.

Im just looking at it this way.  We dont sign Jefferson(if interested) so that we can tank and get a top 5 pick.   We end up not getting a top 5 pick b/c Kemba plays like an All-Star and the team is better than we all expected.  We just missed out on getting a 20/10 guy.  Why not...

...sign Jefferson

With the possibilities of 3 first round picks next year, make a trade with our assets for a star during/after the draft.

The front court would be legit with Jefferson/Zeller/Biyombo.  Backcourt of Kemba/Henderson/MKG/Taylor, then add in the 3 draft picks and the money leftover to spend on FA's.  We would STILL have a much better team that should make the playoffs and be a tough team to beat.

This is a legit video right here... Big Al vs. Noah/Boozer

Jefferson literally beats those two all over the court.

Can anyone find the Jefferson vs. Duncan highlights? Jefferson was unstoppable.

Jefferson would be great for the Hornets..but 29 next season...5 year close to max deal good?

The last three years of the deal is what you would be concerned with not the next two season which I would feel he would duplicate easily.
