Smith and the Knicks are working on finalizing a deal to keep J.R. in New York.

I think Jefferson and smith makes us a possible 4th seed.

 

 

Miami, Chicago, Indiana, and Brooklyn will be the top 4 seeds. Jefferson and Smith aren't good enough to pull the worst team in the league into contention with those teams.

Arguable, depends on the chemistry with new players for us, Indy, and Brooklyn, but odds are that you are right and we are a 5th seed if we added both. I just think Kemba, MKG, and Zeller are going to be a lot better than people expect this season.

So as far as shooting guards go, we need Henderson or Mayo on our roster next year.

The good news is, his contract wasn't crazy, which means Henderson doesn't have a ton to go on in terms of not signing with us.

RFA's don't start really receiving calls until July 10th because that's when the moratorium period ends.
