i call bullshit on alice's sudden claim to altruism. he has posted before in full seriousness that he cooled his heels during katrina and online shopped with his FEMA check while his neighbors drowned and died and defended those statements with vigor. he's been desperate for face-saving material for the past two years so if this was true it'd be one of the first things we'd have heard as a retort, not pictures of his shrink-wrapped gut mirror picture and insistence that his honduran wage slave maid gets paid a whole $10 an hour for peeling the nut-encrusted socks out from under his bed.
someone whose behavior is characterized by these sorts of actions isn't going to suddenly turn around and be all salvation army with half a million dollars of his own money just so all the tenants can be comfy while the other mean property owners make a profit. no, this sort of posting marks a sudden distinct turn in alice's posting where he's suddenly trying to be as nice as possible to everyone and look like a Totally Legit Guy. it's too much of a coincidence to be real. alice is still a gigantic materialistic money-grubbing shitheel.
First off, I pay 6 figure tax bills every year since age 24, so whatever I chose to do with a measly $3k given out by govt. to legally do with whatever I wanted to is my business, the fact I didn't need it for immediate recovery expenses due to the fact I prepared by stocking up on supplies, my family having a $10k generator installed, and many other preparations, which means we didn't wait for handouts to improve our situation. In all the years my family and I have been in US, we have never taken a penny of welfare, assistance, Medicare, Medicaid, unemployment, public schooling etc, we have only pumped huge sums of tax money into this country, seven figures yearly in my parents case. So bottom line is, that $3k is basically a 0.0001% refund.
Not even a few months ago you were crying about $3k the govt gave you for schooling and wanted it back and you were posting here feverishly trying to find a way to stuff Uncle Sam, regardless of how much you certainly have taken all these year with your schooling and probably many other types of assistance. So before you criticize what I did with money given to me that I was allowed to spend on whatever I wanted, try paying more in taxes in you lifetime than I pay in just a year!
As for the fairly tale of not helping drowning and dying, there was a legal order for people to not be out in the streets for almost a month along with tons of anarchist type violence. Add to that the fact all our cars went under 11 ft of water and closest transportation was the two cars we parked at my dads hospital parking garage a few miles away, we had no way to journey the 20+ miles to the dying and drowning. Also you can add the streets in my whole area weren't even partially cleared for almost 10 days and were impassible. On day 11, the first day our street was cleared, I walked to hospital to get my car and then I was at my old house ripping out carpet and throwing alway everything I owned. Then later that weekend we got workers and tenants back and I employed them to help start repairing our many buildings just 16 days after storm.
After repairs, I not only was first to have tenants back in property, my insurance policies were fully replacement and paid me over seven figures, so I did eventually get a nice windfall of cash 3-5 months later. I paid off remaining mortgages and bought my Ferrari cash and restocked my bank account and been financially set since. So my original comment to the guy wishing for another Katrina was just to point out that financially it worked out great for me so his comment wasn't upsetting at all, the obvious goal of his comment.
Funny Philly how you always keep calling me a liar, yet with all your many years investigating and digging around in all my personal info, not to mention countless other people here digging, seems like you're yet to come up with even one thing I lied about. You would think with everything supposedly being a lie and fake, you would have been able to call me out on even just one thing after all those years and hours you have invested!? The best you got after all these years of digging is a 6 year old work photo taken after I gained a little weight working almost a year in Destin with a developer, and digging up a 7th grade wrestling picture, Gee, you really got me there!
