Even with the addition of Jefferson, you also have to factor in the loss of Mullens. I don't see us winning 30 games next year, and I am fine with that. I think it will improve Kemba and MKG, and have Zeller focus on what he's best at with the P&R

We will have a top 6 pick next year, and who knows what Cho will do come the trade deadline or draft day. There is a lot of time before the 2014 draft.

So step away from the ledge, anybody who is clamoring about being out of the big names

Mullens? LMFAO

Anyone who doesn't have Bleacher Report Team Stream app, I highly urge y'all to have it. They does probably the fastest breaking news out there.

This is a good deal for the Bobcats and probably even better deal for Jefferson.

In all likely hood he will be option A on the offensive end. We have weak scorers that will start or play significant minutes which should mean more shots foe Jefferson.

Point being I wouldn't be shocked to see his ppg go up to @22 ppg. In two years he can opt out and possibly have even more value than he does now in free agency with improved statistics.

If his value doesn't rise in two years he still has @14 mill owed to him for a third year. It is a win win for both sides

Glad we got him he will make things so much easier for Kemba.

Jefferson's deal is actually $40.5 million not $41.5

He is making $13.5 per year.

The contract that ESPN pointed out was incorrect, Jefferson signed a 40.5 million dollar contract... not 41.5 million.

He is making $13.5 million per season.

Updated title.

Great deal, better price than expected, AND props to Big Al for being the first relatively big name FA to have the balls to sign with us. Dude has heart.

Now back to fapping...

Seems like a really good move. In Clifford's offense, I assume he's going to put the ball into the paint/post a lot, and have the play move through there. Jefferson will post insane numbers this year, most likely. Could dominate fantasy basketball.

Also, if we're planning on using Zeller as a stretch/Dirk-type player, can you imagine the isos that Al is gonna get? Oh, I'm salivating...

Couldn't we potentially have 3 top-13 picks in the next draft?  Ours, Portland, and Detroit?

I don't know exactly what the protections are on those picks, but yes we could have a situation where we have 3 first round picks. And I think they all could be in the top 13 if everything fell exactly right

We could potentially have the 1st, 9th, and 13th picks in next years draft...
