Yeah, except I don't do that you fuging assbag. Discussing one's past is not the same as using it as some asinine bragging right. I don't hide my past, but I'm not proud of those types of decisions. It's made me the person that I am today.

It's not my fault that you can't differentiate between the two, although I'm not surprised you socially awkward aspy fuging baffoon.

Actually all the pics were posted by people stalking my private accounts, mainly Phil, and posting the pictures here, only thing I recently posted was a few pics of my house AFTER my house has been posted at least 10 times and value discussed when creepy stalker Phil posted a street view of my house with estimate that is still there.

In fact, I can return the favor, here's his cool place valued at $66k

you got the price wrong. it was a foreclosure we picked up for almost 10k less than the 66 you listed, half of the tax value, which has now increased thanks to a new roof, back deck, added bath, new flooring, new kitchen, etc.

 

the best part is we slaved away for it, starting from literally nothing with no help from anyone and maintained the discipline necessary to pay it off in two years, so it actually means something more than daddy's bank account you're still nursing from

That's funny how you missed the point, the $66k was the APPRAISED value given by the site trulia. You know, the same exact site you were touting their appraised values as accurate just a week ago when you posted it as an AHA, I GOT YOU, THIS SITE SAYS YOUR HOUSE IS BARELY WORTH $400k ACCORDING TO THIS SUPER ACCURATE HOUSE. so basically this site was so accurate, you tried to use it to call me a liar even though in my neighborhood, it's using values from houses still not even habitable and mixing those sold values in with regular houses and making appraised values based on very inaccurate price per sq ft. Also I realized after, since ,y house has not been listed or sold at new renovated sqft, it's still using old size to get is super accurate estimate.

So funny how a week ago you thought this site was so accurate with its appraised value, you tried to use it as proof I lied about my house value, now the same site says $66k for yours, and suddenly the super accurate site is off in value by as much as 50%?! Weird! At least they are using old sqft on my house, so their estimate is only about 20% off, yet your house with not a whole lot to skew their appraisal values, you claim it's off by 50%.

So you say $56k is "half of the tax value"?

Now look who's lying!

New roof? In real estate, you could be sued if you put new roof in listing since all you did is a cover over roof that in our local codes is not allowed and won't be warrantied by most shingle manufacturers. You would have know that had you gotten the correct permits, which by the quality of work you obviously didnt go that route!

Paying off a $50k loan in 2 years is not that impressive, I spend more than that eating out with friends in a year. Lol
