I'm just tired of this leading the news everyday when most Americans could care less about Egypt.

Unlike much of the news, Egyptian happenings actually are somewhat important for the US, as the Middle East is a critical region in the world. The most annoying thing on the news these days is the Zimmerman trial, and it is something I don't really care about.   Sad that the young man got shot, but a lot of young men get shot, many under shady circumstances.  Not sure why this one merits any more attention than the 15 or so that have occurred in my hometown this year.

My worry is that while Morsi was not very good at his job and I didn't care for his relationship to the MB. (Egypt economics are in bad shape). Democracy isn't supposed to be, I don't see turn around quick enough, so I'm going to get rid of everyone. So what happens 12 months after a new leader is elected and it still sucks in Egypt?

I care because I have to run premium gas in my car.
