Cam Newton: Why Can't He Win?
Posted 11 July 2013 - 10:47 PM
Cam can't win because he is too worried about entertaining people. and becoming a cultural icon. He should be focused on becoming a better player and becoming mentally stronger. The media don't like Cam because he comes across as a thug from the hood. He wears his pants pulled down so that his panties will show. He has stickers and price tags on his hats. His car has like 25 inch chrome rims with inch thick tires on them. He always listens to hippy hop and crap music. Next he will get gold teef to finish his image. Cam has to decide if he wants to be gang material or a NFL QB
I actually agree with what SMiff has posted. Cam is perceived to be a "me first" type of player. Theses types are generally not well received in our society, He has all the skills to become an elite qb in our league, but he has to mature and become a leader, I hope during his third campaign we will start some development.AS far as wearing his pants pulled (so his boxers are visable and having price tags still on hats or other clothing, well that is absurd, and he just look like hes trying to be in some gang member. Steven Smiff was that the far off in his accessment.

He got banned, you should be joining him soon.
It's pretty bad when you banned someone for having a difference of opinion. I just hope I :can stay off that banned list B/c I actually I have great insight with over 30 years experience watching and playing football. I came here not to spar with the obvious trolls be to be given insight on my PANTHERS that generally not covered via mainstream media.

you're an idiot dave. andrew luck, this wonderfully gifted thoroughbred, this stud of an nfl quarterback, this young, classy natural born leader, had the greatest season ever by a rookie qb. this gifted young man led the team that all prognosticators predicted would be the worst team in the league, to an 11-5 playoff season. coach pegano even had t-shirts made during training camp with the #32 on them as a reminder to the players what everyone thought of them. im not going to go into everything luck did, its too much typing, but i will mention this again. with no running game, a swiss cheese o-line, getting hit about every time he threw the ball, this young warrior tied the all time record for comebacks by a qb in a season, not rookie quarterbacks, any quarterback. let that sink in for a moment. and dave, the main reason i started this by calling you an idiot is, 1.5 X16 = 24, our beautiful boy threw 18. not only do you not recognize greatness, you cant add. in closing, like ive said before, panther nation's hatred for luck has only just begun. and davey, in closing, you really are an idiot!
A: Colts played a pooty schedule. Good QBs would not have even needed that many 4QCs against that level.of competition.
B: 4QC and GWD stats are flawed
C: Luck beat out such QBs as The Golden Calf of Bristol and Mark Sanchez in GWDs by one. Not exactly elite company.

rough outing no doubt. playin the eventual champs in bmore, against that ravens d. but that experience will serve him well, he will learn from it. you didnt see him poutin on the sideline, with a towel on his head, ignoring his teammates did ya? my guy led his team all year like a man, he took his lumps, even congratulated defensive players [ GOOD HIT BIG MAN ], he's a player, and he's only gonna get better. do you think cam will ever get to play in a playoff game?
i remember you passionately arguing (lol) about how strength of schedule doesn't matter a while back so it shouldn't matter if the colts were playing "the eventual champs in bmore".
nice try tool
