.246? Christ. At that point I'm not sure how he got the keys in the ignition.

However a .16 a full 7 hours later puts that guy at about close to .3, which is pretty much catatonic.

It was probably a struggle, but he was intent on playing bumper cars with a police officer at 40 mph.

When I got my DUI many, many moons ago, I blew a .17, and I was legit hammered. I got out of the car and when asked to walk a straight line, I fell over.

I'm in no way, shape, or form proud of it. Just providing a first hand reference to exactly what double or triple the legal limit looks like.

I blame that thin Colorado air!!!!

 

 

sadly...this happens all the time...it's just when it's someone "important" you hear about it.  People still be dying every damn day because of drunks on the road.
