If true, I feel for the man. No parent should ever have to bury a child. No matter who you are.

Prayers to the family.

Thoughts and Prayers go out to the Richardson family.

Hope the team and ownership dedicate this season to his memory and it keeps us going strong all season long. I want the players to make this season memorable for Mr. Richardson.

That really does suck.

Feel bad for the whole family and my thoughts will be with them.  Always terrible when a parent outlives their child for any reason.

Oh my god i had no idea he had cancer. Prayers for our owner tonight. I wonder if this had anything to do with Richardson not leaving the team to his boys?

This is gonna be dumb question but. . . did that have anything to do with him leaving the team or is this way past all that?

Having to bury child has to be one of the worst things in the world you can possibly go through.

Prayers up to the Richardson family.

I hope Mr. Richardson can take some small amount of comfort in knowing that a great many Panthers fans join him in mourning the loss of a member of our football family. His son's contributions to the organization we all love are a fitting legacy that must make him proud, even though losing a son is a terrible blow.
