Henderson has had multiple run-in's with the NCAA.

That entire OSU football team has had multiple run-in's with the NCAA.

If you are a first time offender, you are usually cut some slack.

What run ins did Henderson have with the NCAA? At least OSU is showing they want to try and clean up that program.

How many rental cars constitutes a first time? The speeding ticket, or the time he was caught with the weed?

They cleaned up the Football program... by the way they didn't suspend anyone until all the facts came out.

Did they? There have been several current football players involved with Fats.

"Not to mention the fact he is receiving perks from said convicted felon that could be in violation of NCAA rules."

The rental car, where does this involve the cops? Receiving perks as a college athlete, depending on what they are, can be NCAA violations.

You were the one complaining about the cops dropping charges

Get real and get honest. The reason the charges were dropped is because the guy is a UNC hoops player.

Involved and breaking the rules is two different things.

Henderson had failed multiple drug tests before he was suspended lol.

Do you really think they were going to suspend him for one failed drug test?

A first time, constitutes as when the NCAA has to get involved. To my knowledge the NCAA hasn't been involved with UNC hoops.

Breaking rules or not you shouldn't be okay with your players being involved with a felon, true or false?

How many did he fail? That's not an NCAA violation.

So it doesn't matter how many NCAA rules PJ broke it only matters that this is the first investigation?

Are you saying that your players aren't involved with "Fats"?

He was a witness in the Duke Lacrosse case...

Henderson was suspended for violating team policy, not NCAA policy.

Not that I am aware of.

He was the bouncer at the strip club where Crystal Mangum worked so that was the involvement with the lacrosse case.

According to WRAL "Fats" has been linked to "UNC, Duke, and other institutions."

Just because you haven't heard about it doesn't mean it's not true.

Maybe you should quit being so quick to judge others when there might be a problem in your own back yard.

According to WRALSportsFan, Haydn “Fats” Thomas, 39, deleted his Twitter account July 1. But the tweet trails left behind were ripe with arrests, drugs and relationships with big-time athletes.

These connections with athletes from UNC, Duke and other schools have opened the door for the NCAA to potentially investigate whether this man provided impermissible benefits.

-One tweet, dated March 24, 2012, tags Duke football player Desmond Scott, Thomas and two others. There is a complementary photo of three bottles of alcohol. Scott played for the Blue Devils last season as a senior.

Sorry, meant team.

The only way P.J. gets suspended without NCAA involvement is if he violates team policy (multiple) times. It's like that with every school.

Yeah I still haven't seen any Duke or State players photoed with Fats and I am not aware of any rentals for Duke or State players. There are also no parking tickets in those rentals on the Duke or State campus. Do you know how many of Fats rentals got parking tickets on unc's campus?
