Well I sure as hell don't want you to feel like a loser PSC. I don't EVER judge another lifter, nor do I care what they are doing. You are in the gym to make yourself better, so why compare yourself? Hows your progress going? Im sure you've improved.

lol.  i haven't lifted in 2 weeks even though all i have to do is walk into the next room.   that's why i feel like a loser.   you're busting your ass and still scraping together time to lift.  you're setting a positive example.   you can't help it, nor should you care that your regimen only reminds me of how unmotivated and pathetic i'm being

 

i'll break out of it eventually, i just have zero energy, and its been in decline since june

i plan on doing shoulders tonight and legs tomorrow tho

Has your work schedule/diet/sleep schedule changed?

nothing definite really but i'm trying to gain weight and be able to dunk.

 

i was pretty skinny (i'm between 6'0 and 6'1, weighed sub 150) but now i'm up to 162 and i've been hovering around there for a while. just trying to keep gaining weight to the point where i feel and look good. if i had to put a number on it, probably around 175. we'll see though.

I gave up on dunking in the 9th grade. I was robbed genetically. Your what the fitness world likes to call a "Hardgainer" Im sure you've heard about it before. Its hard to gain solid mass especially for horizontally challenged folks such as yourself haha. My advice would be to eat about 1000-1500 more calories then you would normally. Your metabolism is super freakin fast so consider yourself lucky in that regard.

Unless you're consuming more than copious amounts of chocolate, I think your chocolate intake is good lol. Try something for me. 

1. get an extra hour of sleep for 2 weeks

2. Cut your sugar by 1/3 (this includes white flours)

3. Take flax seed oil 

4. Cut back on the endurance running

5. Lift heavier weights with more rest

6. Sprint

7. take contrast showers after training

Do that for two weeks. See how you feel!

how old are you?
You sound like me when I was around 18 or 19 (except I could dunk - I killed a certain stereotype)

Despite years and years of trying, I never gained until my body filled out naturally around age 26.

best i can do is jump and hang on the rim. not so sure i can do that anymore though, i got lazy for a bit.
