nothing definite really but i'm trying to gain weight and be able to dunk.
i was pretty skinny (i'm between 6'0 and 6'1, weighed sub 150) but now i'm up to 162 and i've been hovering around there for a while. just trying to keep gaining weight to the point where i feel and look good. if i had to put a number on it, probably around 175. we'll see though.
I gave up on dunking in the 9th grade. I was robbed genetically. Your what the fitness world likes to call a "Hardgainer" Im sure you've heard about it before. Its hard to gain solid mass especially for horizontally challenged folks such as yourself haha. My advice would be to eat about 1000-1500 more calories then you would normally. Your metabolism is super freakin fast so consider yourself lucky in that regard.
