So reading the paper it stated our third pick has yet to make it through a single practice (mini camp/training camp). This just reeks of Otah. I'm sure it's not an effort issue...but damn, really hope this guy finds his inner wolverine and gets healed up. Would be really disappointing if he doesn't make an impact this season because he can't shake nagging injuries.

He's been doing a lot of the individual installs and watching from the sideline, but he needs those reps ASAP. The team seems to be bringing him along slowly to keep from making his injury worse as well.

Lax ya'll.  This dude was brought in super raw as a project player.  He's rawer than amini was last year.  Frankly I'd rather him not starting on the line until he gets everything down pat - and that may be after a year or two injured or not.

I believe it's a little late now............will probably be IR'd.

PS......no one should be branded an "Otah" after only being on the team a few months.

Otah was a 1st rd pick. Kug, a 4th. Otah was a slouch for multiple seasons. Kug has been out for only a few weeks and already starting to do drills.

There's no comparison. Kug was a low risk, high reward pick. While it would have been less of a risk if we had gotten another vet at Guard, it seems that G. Williams has stepped up his game.

Let it play out.

I don't know if he's injury prone or not, but I saw him up close at camp. EK's one big dude!

Not being able to make it through a professional practice is a not a positive sign...that's all

Hope he gets the body right. Drink some more milk or go to a massage parlor or something
