So are the Extra Time channels included all year long, or is this just a free trial?  Just found them so I'm going to check out Jozy!

from what i understand it's all year long..... this would be fuging perfect for me as i leave for college next year, i won't lose a beat keeping up with it all.  quiet first half from jozy but sunderland has been dominant, if fulham doesn't adjust sunderland will break through eventually.  Giaccherini has been impressive for sunderland, he looks very strong

Arsenal looks horrible at home against the team that almost got relegated. It safe to say Arsenal will not do much this year.

Fans throwing garbage at Arsene Wenger and chanting bad things. Love it.

Looks like Arsenal will have no choice but to make a couple of half-assed signings at the deadline like they did a couple years ago with Mertesacker and Santos.

Though personally I'm hoping that after the game today Arsene goes back to talking about Rooney and Suarez and how Arsenal is still trying to bring in a big name, just for the laughs

I think it's too late and Arsenal will lose a lot fans. I think damage has been done. You do not lie to ur fans, season ticket holders and your players. You just don't do that.

Liverpool with a nice 3 points today, but it's a bit disconcerting to see one goal on 20+ shots. Same situation as last season. Someone has to start finishing.

Its not like this is new though, they've said the same thing for the last 5 years.  As long as they add a couple decent players at the deadline, Arsenal could absolutely finish top 4 again.  Hell, they didnt even sell the team captain this year, so thats an improvement

    • Interesting insight into dietary habits. I find that after 8 years in Asia my tastes are varied and I've learned what I like but i can adapt too. As an example I deeply loathed boiled cabbage since the days of school dinners. However, Kimchi is an excellent way of making cabbage which I had always hated palatable. I can't forsake meat but I can control the amount and variety of it that I consume. I definitely believe personally, that dietary habits acquired as a younger man weren't sustainable as I moved into middle age. I eat lots of veggies and fruit (which is still better than processed sugar). I have never liked the texture of nuts but if i chop them fine and scatter them in a salad I don't notice them. I subscribe to the idea that a mixture of food groups is best. My advice is re-try foods that you previously avoided since your palate changes. https://www.washingtonpost.com/national/health-science/why-fermented-foods--sauerkraut-kimchi-and-yogurt--are-good-for-your-gut/2017/05/05/dd0c9a62-0e4a-11e7-9b0d-d27c98455440_story.html?tid=sm_fb&utm_term=.e08ddb81d322 I have many vegan friends in the UK and frankly their pallid unhealthy appearance despite vitamin supplements makes me highly dubious of it as a lifestyle. Maybe that's just an odd case or a uniquely English thing though.
