Would be good if DirectTv didn't suck balls.

Also if it wasn't a scam:

"So basically the only way to take advantage of this offer is if you are A, a new DirecTV customer, B, an existing DirecTV customer with NFL Sunday Ticket, or, C, one of those rare souls unable to receive DirecTV service because of where you live. I wish they'd define the promotion a little better, but it is what it is I suppose."

Got that off a google search of people having issues.  Buyer beware.

I saw it before...  I'm already a DTV customer and all I remember is the deal didn't apply to me.  And IIRC, you can get NFL Sunday Ticket on the XBox with this deal, but not on the PS3.

When I saw this deal a couple months ago I swear it stated that if you were able to receive DirecTV then you had to sign up for it.

But this seems to say that you don't need to sign up for DirecTV:

Do I need a DirecTV subscription to access NFL Sunday Ticket?
No, it's not necessary to have a DirecTV subscription. Each Anniversary Edition includes a code that can be redeemed to access the full 2013 regular season (17 weeks) of NFL Sunday Ticket on computer, tablet, and mobile devices.

This would be a hell of a deal.

Correct, you DO NOT need to sign up for DTV even if you are eligible to receive it. They can't legally do that with this deal, but are intentionally making it confusing so as not to anger their broadcast partners. I bought this because I live in NYC and sometimes I just don't feel like going to the bar lol.

Oh yeah, I forgot you can use it on your laptop/tablet, but I've never pre-ordered from Amazon because I like having the game at midnight.

Just bought it. Used the amazon prime offer for free shipping.

Now I must figure out a way to make the fiancé leave me alone all day Sunday.

This is how I'm doing Sunday ticket this year.  Not even completely sold on Madden, but it saves me a ton of money on Sunday ticket since you have to get Max to get the Redzone channel which is what I watch anyway.  I'll run Redzone on the ipad/laptop and watch the Panthers game on the big screen.  Great deal for anyone who wants Sunday ticket but doesn't want to shell out 300 bucks....

the deal is only with amazon and they only have 100,000 copies that are split between the xbox and the ps3. I bought one it seems like a great deal the game alone is 60 so to get sunday ticket for mobile devices and the PC all season for 40 bucks is a steal
