I think Alexander was a very good draft pick for us last year. Definitely a solid rotational guy and could start if necessary. Looking forward to him taking it to the next level this year.

In about a year and a half, defensive line has gone from being a weakness to a strength.  Alexander is a big part of that.

Agreed. No way Gettleman pays Hardy the big bucks if he feels we have a competent replacement in the wings.

I like alexander but I think the role he's in now fits him best. Like an al Wallace role type player like the poster above me said. I wouldn't feel comfortable letting hardy go for him.
