I do not know if it is denial or whatever, but Saints fans are saying they have much better talent on the roster at OLB. Several fans stated he wasn't making the switch well and couldn't keep up with the speed.

Bunch of optimists...the complete opposite of what we have here at the Huddle.

Can't wait to hear saints fans spin this development into some kind of contrived masochistic goodell conspiracy like they do everyone of their misfortunes since the bounty debacle

Sad for them. Good for us.

That 34 D doesn't look good a bit.

they aren't taking it too hard over on saintsreport. they seem to view him in the same light we viewed na'il diggs circa 2008, an older player with his best years behind him who's serviceable but far from a franchise-caliber guy

still, linebackers are to the saints what guards are to the panthers, and they can ill afford even a JAG going down.

They broke the record for defensive futility last year, then changed to a 34 defense, and will break their own record this year. They may score 35 a game, but they could realistically give up 38ppg.

Sucks for them. Never want to see a guy get hurt obviously.

They are 3-0 in the preseason though, so people like Alejandro are predicting a SB win.
