This, it amazes me seeing people flip out about this. Did anyone really think this wouldnt happen?

We could have nabbed him as an UDFA and instead drafted somebody that can actually play.

Maybe I'm Mr Optimism but IR could just be a place to stash him and give him some more time to recover.

Your link itself says he would have needed to be on the final 53-man preseason roster, which clearly he won't be now.

understood he is a "project" but like with any project you need a good foundation and I dont think Kugbilas fragile legs are it.

It's sad how this could've applied to the Armanti and Everett Brown picks too

Can we institute an IQ test that requires triple digits in order to post?

I see some of the comments on here and my only thought is that out of all your father's spermies, you all were the fastest??

Fourth round.
We knew he was a project.
Deal with it.

When he was drafted it seemed like most people thought he would be starting early in the season because he was recruited by the SEC. Granted we haven't been able to judge his talent but still.

Who didn't see this coming? We should have drafted Quinton Patton, he was still on the board.

or Kenny Stills in the 5th. he is going to kill #41, 2 games a year.

Give the kid a break.  He wins some lottery in some part of Africa where Lions and pythons eat the slow children and gets to come to America.   He has natural gifts and is drafted to play football on the highest level.  He cannot handle the conditioning and pulls muscles because he has never really needed to before.  He will spend a year learning the playbook and how to condition his body.  By next year, Silatolu and Kugbila will be our guards and could be awesome.

We could have drafted a player and picked this pussy up as an UDFA.

Wasn't he with the first team during walk-throughs? Why is it so unreasonable to think he would have been starting?
