Luke Kuechly | Team Twitter: @Panthers

Carolina Panthers | LB | Age: 22 | NFL experience: 2nd year

ESPN Fantasy rank: LB1; overall 2

Kuechly led the NFL with 164 tackles as a rookie last season. He was the only player in the league to make at least 10 tackles in 10 different games.

-- ESPN Stats & Information (@ESPNStatsInfo)

Kuechly, though only a second-year player, should already be considered one of the best in the game.

-- Football Outsiders

He's also listed as the most underrated between 20-30 in an insider article.

That's fine. He was excellent his rookie season, but let's see if he keeps it up before we make him top 10. I suspect he will.

if he plays like he did in the last half of the 2012 season and preseason this year he'll be top five.

Just when Pro Bowls become irrelevant in the NFL, we could have that special player who shows up year after year after year.

TOO low imo and I'm not being a homer.

I dislike these rankings (ESPN, NFL Network Top 100, etc.). Everything is based off what you have done through your career.

The Pro Bowl is a joke now or should I say the "NFL" is a total JOKE bc of one man: Goodell.

Sounds about right. Remember he struggled on passing plays last year.

If they went off the Luke we saw last Thursday, he'd be top three for sure. Hopefully that's the Luke we see all year.

Luke is the defensive god of the nfl. All others need to bow before him. He is like that dude from 300. A young leader shall rise and lead my people to the promise land
