...if gettleman can work his magic and get out of their contracts.

Jonathan Stewart (ankles) may not be ready when he's eligible to come off the PUP list in Week 7.

Reporters have noticed Stewart "grimacing in pain even after a slight exertion." Writes columnist Scott Fowler, "Stewart may not play the whole year, either." It's clear Stewart isn't close to playing in a game, and there's no guarantee he'll be healed up in two months. Ex-GM Marty Hurney gave Stewart a six-year, $37.8 million contract with $22.5 million guaranteed one year ago.

Jstew is damaged goods and DeAngelo is useless.

Both are overpaid at a position where it's really easy to be replaced, and both are under(not) performing when it's easy to get production.

tolbert and barner are the future and should be the present.

i just hope there is some way out of those contracts. as long as those two are on the team, tho, they're going to be receiving most of the carries among the RBs.

1 of these guys will for sure be gone. That's a given. Don't know about both though. We could use the cap relief if the penalties aren't too high...in that case, see ya guys. It's been fun

mmmm.... not sure about that.

Would have preferred a RB lead the team in rushing, not a QB.

I think it is time to move away from Stew/Dwill and use that money elsewhere.

Do what the rest of the league does and fill in your RB's with capable but not break the bank players.

I love DWill as a person...  hate to see him go, but if so, oh well.

Cut 'em, use the young blood at RB and buy us some monsters on the O line.
