The one time I went to a BOA home game, I screamed my head off till I couldn't talk the next day and didn't have any problem. It was a blast.. so I don't get what ya'll are talking about. Are you sure the guy wasn't absolutey drunk and cursing everything that moved?

I threw a folding chair at a UNC frat guy back in 1997 or 98 when he walked by talking poo

no issues in my section. this italian dude who had never been to a game before was going crazy alongside me while these two drunk hillbillies in the section next to us playfully razzed every Steelers fan that came his way without the slightest hint of malice

These days people who yell and curse every other word annoy me. Which is why I enjoy watching games on my couch. Plus there's no line to poop.

I stand up and yell on 3rd down and nobody has asked me to be quiet or sit down.

Has anyone ever been tossed out of the stadium or know anyone who has?

One of my roommates probably will be eventually. He just gets so obnoxiously drunk and draws attention to himself. He doesn't really like sports, either.

Ok I'm going to admit something here:

Multiple times I've reported people to the usher that had the oppositions jersey on even if they were behaving. At the 49ers game 2 years ago I recall reporting a guy that probably didn't deserve it.

I have a personal goal of being reported to security in section 133 at least 4 out of 8 games.  Things are going to be different down in bowl this year.

Thinking about trying to sneak in a vuvuzela.

In my experience (all of which is it in the 500 section), it usually takes one or more of these for the ushers say something to you about behavior:

1. Being completely plastered

2. Cussing like a sailor

3. Hurling insults at other people

Numbers 2 & 3 are usually accompanied by number 1 too.

Yeah that sounds like attending a baseball game. Pathetic truly

Well damn that's not good

Yup. People in the south know how to tailgate especially for college FB. So she isn't knocking the south or anything, she just thinks its weird to go to a football game and see girls walking around in sun dresses that aren't even Panthers colors. Not to mention some if the hipster dudes you see walking around wearing skinny jeans at games.

Honestly, I think it's just this way in Charlotte. A lot of people who live here now aren't from here. So usually they have affiliations with other teams that reflect where they're from i.e. The browns, steelers, NY etc. It feels like Panthers games are an "event" not a football game.

One of my best buds in the world ( who is from Charlotte) moved to Baltimore area for work two years ago. He told me how Bmore lives and breathes the ravens. The place shuts down on game days and When they lose, the town feels it. It isn't like that in the 704.

Another example of the difference between tradition in different nfl cities and Charlotte is when I went Akron for Christmas two tears ago. Panthers/Bucs on Xmas eve. We went to the only bar in the area that had nfl ticket, and I sh1t you not it was like pulling damn teeth to get the bartender to change one if the 60 TVs on from the Browns game to the panthers game. You can go to bars in Charlotte and sometimes have to ask them to turn the panthers game on!!

i've seen women in tube dresses and guys with their jerseys tucked into their khaki shorts.  too many of them actually.

i'd definitely rather stay home, especially if its a 1pm game.   night games are another story altogether.

i've never had any of these issues with night games, especially if they were in november
