Cat 4,309 Report post Posted September 5, 2013 Are these the same guys who had us as like the #4 team last season? The talent/numbers are there as we all know...the luck/coaching/end game failure is what has held us back. Change a little of that around and that ranking could be justifiable. Yes the numbers don't account for a shitty ass coach which is what we have. My excitement for the season is devitalized when I remember we still have Riveria at the helm. X-Clown 761 Report post Posted September 5, 2013 Don't you dare mock YPP, Richard, your friendly Target Pharmacist (aka PFFL) will come in here and bring the wrath upon your ass!! Hey remember when he tried to argue that the reasons Tim Tebows numbers were so bad passing wise were because his receivers were the worst in the league, then all of a sudden demariyus Thomas and Eric decker combined for 2500 yards and 23 TDs when he left? philp 1,193 Report post Posted September 5, 2013 I noticed this in the article... Panthers opponents were 35/37 on FG attempts. That is nuts. Wow
Ruff 3,839 Report post Posted September 5, 2013 My two biggest questions: 1. Has Rivera learned how to manage crunch time? 2. Will the OL hold up? If the answer to both is 'yes', then we can be very, very good. However, both are absolutely critical to our success and a 'no' to either could mean another top 10 draft pick. This is exactly how I feel about going into this season.
