Fua may have a shot as a 34 DE, but he just doesn't have the lower body strength to anchor as a NT or even 43 0-1 tech.

I understand it's probably different depending on the player. What does one of these "Injury Settlement" type payments generally end up being? (Average Dollar Value) I was just curious. Does the player have any leverage? Is it a negotiated settlement? I would imagine there has to be some type of guideline or scale outlined in the CBA.

Go Panthers!

The panthers team doctor makes an estimate on the number of weeks a player is expected to be out and they offer that. The player can get a second opinion and if it is higher they negotiate something in between.

He'll get an opportunity somewhere.  Hell he could end up back here later in the season.

Colbert had a good rookie season too but I'm glad we aren't still holding on to him.

We could have used Anderson Russell this Sunday since Mike Mitchell is out.

Meh, I liked Russell.  Seemed like he was always making plays.
