Different ref crews, different standards.

Everyone should know by now that the rules aren't uniformly enforced across the league.

Well, if we let SuperJTheGreat of all people stay here, we kind of have to let him in.

It is complete horseshit that Clay Matthews didn't get ejected for actually throwing 2 punches and FA got ejected for his "punch".

The refs owe us one...they can let us get our free hit on moleface.

It wasn't a shove, he popped him in the facemask with the ref standing right in front him. Rivera was all over him as he came off the field. Glad to see some fire out of Ron.

Didn't cost us the game but dumb move.

You must have been watching a different game.

According to this board ...........Riveria doesn't show emotion.

Thought it was an overreaction by the ref but it was absolutely unacceptable.  The Panthers need Frank Alexander on the field.  He's a good player, and mistakes happen.  It is astounding to see him ejected for that though and not the Clay Matthews hit.  Although, Alexander's was after the play which is going to be more scrutinized

Accountable move by him to apolgize.  Time to move on

I feel bad for the guy. He shouldn't be ejected for shoving someone in the face mask. I know he caught hell fire from rivera and smitty. He'll learn and grow from it.

Sent from my SCH-I545 using CarolinaHuddle mobile app

I would not call it a shove to the face mask. He threw an opened hand strike to the face mask after the ref had warned him to stop!

I am still furios that the refs let a Seahwaks player walk away without penalty when dude tried to pull Colin Jones out of the pile on his leg after the touched punt. And then after the fumble recovery one Seahawk took his helmet off for celebration. Both missed calls. And FA gets ejected for that push, wtf...

It is always the backups, practice players and unknown guys that these d1psh1t refs pick on. Not a lot of people get ejected for that. Lot of players in teh league get away with all kinda of stuff after the whistle. The packers-niners game was chippy as hell and so was the Giants Cowboys. Heck, Smitty gets away with all kinds of stuff, and yes, the Clay Matthews no-call was a joke.
