It would be fun to watch our personnel in this type of offense. With a healthy Barner of course.

BTW, this isn't Chud's spread option.  This is the spread the way it is supposed to be played.

Greg Roman might not run 53 plays in a half, but the offense he has built around the talents of Kaepernick was also a thing of beauty to watch last night.

Hmm this Greg Roman bandwagon is intriguing, maybe I can coin a phrase for his campaign here.

Roman builds things in a day

I would not Dirty Cams name by comparing Vick to a older more fragile version, Cam is bigger and a much better passer, game wise Cam is closer to big ben with a better scrambling ability.

Cam is not that much better of a passer than Vick. He may be smarter than Vick but I've always liked his throwing ability.

This offense was what I had in mind with Kelly in the NFL and was the reason I wanted him as the HC. If the rumors are true and he wanted to coach Newton, well........

Also, Greg Roman as HC is a great idea as well.

This definitely aint no "rust" eagles have a gameplan. They have been spying him all night so he cant run, first thing they did was focus in on Morris and took him out the equation cuz he is the work horse and forced Griiffin to throw which he cant really do without the playaction. A year worth a film has helped like everyone said. Skins running the exact same offense as last year, if they dont change things up its gonna be a long season.

im studying his offense as we speak. i heart this scheme.

it's the pace, the Eagles having early success was never that big of a question with this Scheme, the question and reason why a lot of teams shyed away from him is there is a general opinion that it will not work as the season goes on.

I'm not sure what the Play counter is for Phillys offense but when Chip was in Oregan it was not uncommon for his teams to run between 30-40 more plays a game on average over other teams, and the question is how will the Team react when they have already played a seasons worth of Snaps in say week 10 and it just gets worse from there as they would progress through the season. and then you have the playoffs to consider on top of that.

The NFL right now is debating the fiesablility of the League moving to 18 game seasons, and what would it be like when the NFL switches to that. see where I'm going here? in College you normaly play up to 13 games, and thats with younger college players, what is going to happen over a much longer season with older players with a more even playing field. it's a serious question that needs answering.

as I've stated before when this topic comes up Chip Kelly is a boom or bust, he's either going to set the league on fire or like a shooting star be bright as it enters the season and burns to nothing at the end.

I would rather watch it by the far then my team be the guinie pig.

Doc is right.

This offense is fun to watch, and producing, but the real question is, what's it going to be like week 13? The guys are going to be tired, sore, cold as poo, and ready to go home.

I've been a Panther fan since day one....and based upon the way things have gone the last five years I'm betting I'll see Cam run Kelly's offense one day....in Philly.  About the time when Vick ages out Cam will be wanting out of here...especially with Smith gone....and an ownership group not willing to get some weapons around him.

Why aren't fans bashing the redskins offense the way they have ours? Last I checked, they aren't lighting up the scoreboard. Guess they need to fire their OC, dump Griffin and can the HC. More evidence panther "fans" are the least knowledgable fans in the NFL
