Because of my faux pas on page one everybody involved in this thread gets pie and a chuggo cameo

Chuggo? Seriously?!

Just when I think "music" can't get any worse and I want to stab mechanical pencils in my ears...along comes Chuggo...and TOTALLY REDEEMS THE MUSIC INDUSTRY.

Our D-Line is awesome again. We stuffed Beast Mode (held him to 47 yards on a 2.3 ypc average) and had Wilson running scared for his life. We're definitely a Top 3 D-Line this year. Add our LB core, and we have the potential to be a Top 5 defense.

That said, did y'all see what The Lions' D-Line did to AP? After that 70 yard TD, Peterson averaged 1.6 ypc. That's insane. Hopefully we'll keep Adrian under 60 yards though.

I don't know if all of you have been following the falcons this season, but they are having SERIOUS oline issues.

We scored 7 sacks on them in a game last year before we had star and short. With fua. Let that sink in, I'll get you a bib for your drool.

Apparently the Lions were putting 11 in the box to stop AP.

I have, which is why I was laughing when they went to get Stephen Jackson.  I was like if Turner can't produce behind that shite o-line, what is oft-injured Stephen Jackson going to do?  We are about to get up in that anus.

Steven Jackson is a major upgrade over Turner, who is not even in the league anymore.

Right, and the Saints had 3 sacks on then.....who is on their line again? I'm thinkin double digit sacks would be great. What? 10 at the least!

I fear lots of teams will start dinking and dunking on us.  Brady and Brees will be tough to deal with no matter how well the d line plays.  Good tackling will be crucial.  But Ryan?  My god I can't wait to play atl.

I guess man.  I have seen them both play and Turner has never missed the time that Jackson has missed.  Jackson can catch out of the backfield better, has more yards, and is a year younger so you win.

    • If Charlotte didn't have an NBA team I would not watch pro basketball. The NBA is the only major sports league that has no parity. Who would have thought the Panthers would have made the Super Bowl a couple years ago, who had the Predators in the Stanley Cup Finals this year, did anyone project an Indians vs. Cubs matchup in the World Series last year? Probably not!  But at the beginning of the NBA season everyone predicted a Warriors/Cavs final. There is absolutely no parity. Since 2010 (2009 for MLB) NFL: 12 different teams have made the Super Bowl NHL: 11 different teams have made the Stanley Cup Finals MLB: 11 different teams have made the World Seeie NBA: 8 different teams have made the NBA Finals The NBA is the only major sports league where there is a greater than 50% chance that you will see at least one team in the finals that you've seen there in the last 7 years. I particularly pull for the Hornets because of the pride I have for Charlotte and because I like the game of basketball. But it does suck knowing before the season even starts that we don't have a shot a championship.

    • We will never be calling Greg that

      And OBJ is still garbage

Sent from my iPad using CarolinaHuddle
    • So as of right now the roster looks like... PG: Kemb, ???, Weber SG: Batum, Monk, Graham SF: MKG, Lamb, Bacon PF: Marv, Tank, O'Bryant C: Howard, Zeller, ??? The MLE is projected to be around 8 million and the bi annual exception is projected to be around 3. The point guard market is pretty horrible but I am a big fan of Patty Mills and as bad as the point guard market is, the center market is much, much worse. I wouldn't be surprised if the Hornets added Mathiang are Karnowski as depth for the center position.
