2013 Adopt-A-Panther's Up for Re-Adoption (16 Players Available)

59 posts in this topic

Week 1 is in the books and everyone who has Adopted a Panther should have their Sig up with stats. Today, I will be going down the list and checking who is keeping up with their Panther. If by tomorrow at noon you haven't updated your sig and stats your Panther will be put up for re-adoption on this thread.

The Panthers that are up for re-adoption will be first-come-first-serve. I will post the list of ALL the available Panthers around noon tomorrow.

So DO NOT try to call "dibs" on anyone until the list is up.

dibs on Kuechly

Firstly, if you notice RIGHT ABOVE your post. I have Kuechly and I am very much keeping up with his stats.

Secondly, if you READ THE POST, it states "The Panthers that are up for re-adoption will be first-come-first-serve. I will post the list of ALL the available Panthers around noon tomorrow." Meaning no "dibs" on anyone.

Nothing for Brandon Williams so I'm good.

At least put stats under your sig so we know you're doing something. Even if the number of yards ='s Zero. You could keep up with a made up stat as well, to give something to update for now.

Some people have the stats way too large in their sigs, it takes up a whole page and is a pain in the butt. Can we cut the stats down to just the important onces? Tackles/Ints

Since they're adopted, how about just posting if you drove them to school or they rode the bus. And if they got a brownbag lunch or your forked over lunch money.

I hid sigs a while back. How do I unhide them?

I agree. Guys, try to keep it short. Some have made theirs outrageously long.

I will adopt Chris Scott, hopefully  my Offensive Line coaching skills will help.

    • From what I saw in the Senior Bowl he won't be ready to play this year without getting Cam killed. I'd rather not take a project in the 2nd. Maybe 64, but I just am unsure about him. If this class had some actual top end guys, I think he'd get pushed down to the 4th. There are just too many other positions where we could be getting a CB, S, DE, RB or TE who in another year would be a 1st rounder/early 2nd. If we take this guy at 40, I'm pissed. 64, maybe. Depends on who we get at 8 and 40. I'd rather see if he falls to the 3rd. He's not that good yet and maybe he won't ever be.

    • Bottom line is eventually it will come out Trump's wall talk has always been nonsense.
    • And Stephen Davis was a 4th round pick. So you want to take a 4th round pick at #8.
