wonder how long the players will accept getting thrown under the bus..

Well, they were singing that song after the game.....so I doubt they take issue.

Locker room mentality seems to be the issue. Execution seems to be the mantra

Ron has done nothing but deflect blame since he has been our coach. This is nothing new. Fire this godforsaken jackass.

Funny thing (not really funny, but sad) is that I remember waiting for the 1230 presser after one game last year and hoping that Rivera was fired. Its like groundhog day.

How the hell do the players continue to back this guy when he puts all the blame on them? He's a total COWARD.

Lol...

"Well one good thing is we played the NFC favorites hard and nearly won."

Like wtf, are we not an NFL team just like them?  I nearly lost it when I heard him say that... just publicly admitting mediocrity is fine especially when he knows his job, and many other jobs, are on the line.

Get rid of this fuger, he doesn't have a fuging clue.

One reporter asked if he took into account the state of his secondary when deciding to go for it on 4th down/kick fg

His response: "well, no"

The Charlotte media need to be held accountable for not calling out this organization and holding them accountable..Richardson in particular...We accept mediocrity. Richardson knows that...why change it?

Breaks my heart.

A good reporter would have followed his answer up with.....well, why not

That man is completely void of accountability and a sense of urgency.

I was a supporter of his, no more.

What emotionless warm body to we get next?
