Zod

Was Hangartner really that bad?

Yeah, he actually was.

Even in his best days, he hardly ever got any push in the run.

Nobody's exactly beating the door down to sign him now.

I actually think Byers might be a little better.

He's definitely cheaper and way younger.

It's always telling when nobody else in the league is willing to sign the guy either.

Chris Scott turned out to be good RG..... the problem is that Bell is to slow and doesn't use his technique when facing superior pass rusher.

We need to sign a Tackle or another Guard.

Gross / Amini / Kalil / Scott / Wharton

Gross / Amini / Kalil / Scott / Chandler  (use Wharton as backup Guard)

Gross / Amini / Kalil / Scott / FA

Wasn't there some talk that he was questioning wanting to play anymore?

I don't know, but if nothing else it seems like bringing him back in would be a good depth signing... maybe we tried and he's holding out for other offers based on the way he was cut mid-training camp?

Chris Scott > Hangartner

This. He had a great game against the Bills. People just instantly knocked him because he was cut for failing a physical
