No doubt the trash can will be able to catch but I worried about the blocking and running ability.

@Panthers: Newton told media that QB coach Ken Dorsey had him and @DAnderson314 throw footballs into trash cans 45 yards away during practice today.

good joke, but since they are 45 yards down field, they where working on there deep ball accuracy and ball placement. you may have heard a coach say " drop the ball into your WR hands on deep balls."
