Server Upgrade Tonight...

I am upgrading the Huddle Server tonight. Hopefully there will be no data loss during the migration.

 

The huddle may be down for a while after midnight.

 

Tomorrow we will have a brand spanking new Pentium 133 MMX !!!!!

2 meg of ram but its parity so we have that going for us

That puppy got a 3.5" floppy on it?  Those 5 1/4" are old school.

Hell no, I don't trust any floppy disk smaller than a cd case

Zod, you should convert your site to a virtual machine. I can shut down a production box, add RAM and vCPU and have it back up in 5 minutes. Come over to the virtualization side

The funny thing is, half the guys on here have no clue what we're talking about.

 

I remember when we got really excited that the processors broke 100MHz.

 

 

I also distinctly remember having a conversation with my old boss in which the words 

 

"16MB of RAM!!!  We'll never need more than that..."  were spoken.

You can plug whatever you want into it. But for real.. I hope you aren't dickin around with physical hardware anymore.. waste of time and money
