I have had his jersey since 2008 and have worn it every Sunday.. I think I'll keep wearing it every Sunday for the next 5 seasons.. I'll miss the guy.

Thanks... a lot.... that is all I can say.

PS My eyes are still wet over the loss of our beloved dog the day before yesterday, this is not helping

I hope Jon finds success in NY. I will certainly miss #52. I've always appreciated how hard he played on every down.

Know him personally and Beast is one of the coolest professional Athletes I ever met and hung with. Very sad to see him go but happy for him to get a chance in NYC. This hurt me more then when Jenks went to the Jets. Both were cool people and good friends. But Beast was my favorite player on the team for many years. And a even better leader.

Give them Hell #52!!!

I <3 beason too, but there's no chance his number gets retired.

I hope they keep it out of circulation for a while though.

I feel the same way as when Breaking Bad ended....I knew it had to happen

but it breaks my heart.

Good luck Jon Beason....and when you do retire, I hope we sign him

to a one day contract so he can retire as a Panther.

Retired jersey? Agree it's unlikely.

One day contract when he's ready to retire from the game? Would love that.
