I don't have a clue who should be the next head coach. Sadly neither does any of the Panthers ownership or management.

Why Not?

As someone who lives in the Jacksonville market, I have to ask?  Did you ever watch the Jags offense when he was the coach?  Unless you want to win every game 12-9, I would say NO.  Great guy.  Great DC.  Not a good head coach, because of his lack of offensive innovation.  We need to stop  wanting to hire every good DC.  We have 0 Super Bowls doing things the way we have since 95'.  We absolutely have to take a shot at something different.  We need an offensive mind this time around.

Can't wait to hire a Defensive coach that just had 50 points dropped on him by Tony Romo and the struggling Cowboys offense, and with a talented defense at that.

Why Not?

Because he was a terrible head coach in his first try.

It's not lust, it's just what's going to happen.

So, you want to fire one great DC, but poor HC just to hire another?  WTF?
